By accessing and using AI Intelligence LIVE (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our educational platform operated by AI Intelligence International. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on AI Intelligence LIVE for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access or interact with the platform

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding the password and all activities under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your contact information remains current
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

For paid services and analysis credits:

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payment is due immediately upon purchase
• We use secure third-party payment processors (Stripe)
• Analysis credits do not expire but are non-transferable
• Subscription services auto-renew unless cancelled

You may not use our platform:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the platform

Our platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Intelligence International and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The information on this platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this platform and its contents
• Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information
• Makes no warranties about the availability or functionality of the platform
• Disclaims liability for any educational outcomes or career results

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the platform or contact us to request account deletion.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
