What is built today
Every item below is live in the product and available on the plans shown further down.
Team seats and free viewer links
Invite Admins and Analysts (each uses a paid seat) and unlimited Viewers (free). Invites generate a link you can send, and every invite, removal and role change is recorded.
Company domain verification
Prove you own your company domain by publishing a verification file. Once verified, colleagues signing up with a company email address can join your organisation automatically.
IP allowlisting at sign-in
Restrict access to your office or VPN addresses. Supports exact addresses, wildcards and CIDR ranges. Blocked attempts are logged; if the check itself fails, people are let in rather than locked out.
Exportable audit log
Invites, removals, role changes, viewer links, access blocks, delivery events and setting changes are all recorded with the person, action and time, and can be exported.
Data retention control
Choose how long audit records and revoked viewer links are kept (30 days to 10 years) and apply the policy on demand from Organisation controls.
Slack and email report delivery
Add your own Slack incoming webhook or an email address. Each weekly AI Trends Report is delivered automatically when it finishes, and you can send a test or push the latest report at any time.
The AI Intelligence Terminal
18 evidence-grounded panels built on 21,000+ indexed articles from 210 curated feeds across 76 industries, with the underlying articles behind every figure.
Transparent measurement
Every panel states what was measured, over what window, from how many articles. Modelled or report-attributed figures are labelled as such, and panels show "Awaiting data" rather than filling gaps with samples.
On the roadmap — not built yet
We would rather tell you plainly. If one of these is a requirement for you, email us and we will tell you honestly where it sits.
Single sign-on (SAML / SSO)
Available by arrangement today: request it from Organisation controls and we configure it with your identity provider directly. Self-serve setup is not built yet.
SCIM user provisioning
Not built. Today, bulk invites (paste or CSV) plus verified-domain auto-join cover most joiners and leavers.
CRM delivery (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Not built. Slack and email delivery are live; CRM delivery is next on the delivery roadmap.
White-label reports and private forums
Not built. Reports carry AI Intelligence LIVE branding today.
Formal certifications (SOC 2, HIPAA)
We hold no certifications. Data is stored with our hosting and database providers; we will share our current security posture in writing on request.

Getting started
Once you are signed up, Organisation controls walks you through setup with a live checklist: company profile, domain verification, team invites, report delivery, access rules and data retention. We run a kick-off call and a team walkthrough, and you have a named contact.
