How we get your team running on AI Intelligence LIVE, who you talk to, and what you can expect from us once you are live.

Your onboarding, step by step

1. Kick-off call (30 minutes)

We walk through your industries, the panels that matter to your team, and how you want reports delivered. Booked by email, usually within two business days of signing up.

2. Organisation setup

We help you complete the setup checklist in Organisation controls: company profile, domain verification, team invites, delivery destinations, access rules and data retention.

3. Team walkthrough

A guided tour of the AI Intelligence Terminal's 18 panels for your analysts, owners and executives — plus the User Guide and tutorials for anyone who joins later.

4. First weekly report

Your first AI Trends Report is generated on the next Sunday morning and delivered to your Slack channel or email, with a prior-week comparison from the following week onward.

5. Check-in after 30 days

We review coverage of your industries, adjust the feeds and panels you rely on, and answer anything the team has run into.

You can also work through the same checklist yourself at any time in Organisation controls.

Response targets

  • Enterprise and Team accounts: we aim to reply within one business day.
  • Professional accounts: we aim to reply within two business days.
  • Something broken or a report missing: we treat it as urgent and reply the same business day where we can.

These are the targets we work to today. A contractual service-level agreement with credits is available on Enterprise agreements — ask us and we will put it in writing.
